The Role

Spa Attendants create a seamless flow throughout the guest experience. From maintaining the atmosphere to preparing service rooms and replenishing amenities, your energy and attention to detail shape how guests feel when they walk in — and how they carry that feeling back into the world.

This is a predominantly behind-the-scenes role for those who understand that true healing happens in environments of care, cleanliness, and intention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare float, sauna, cold plunge, massage, and lounge areas with care and precision

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness, order, and energy of the space

  • Stock and replenish amenities (towels, robes, toiletries, earplugs, etc.)

  • Handle laundry, linens, and spa supplies with efficiency

  • Greet guests between services and offer simple, clear guidance

  • Maintain spa equipment with full training and competency

Physical Requirements

This position requires moderate to active levels of physical activity, such as standing, walking, bending, and stooping during a shift. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
