Membership Policies

Commitment Duration

All Ebb & Float Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. Memberships renew monthly 30 days after the date of initial sign-up until canceled. Members have the flexibility to pause or cancel their membership after the initial 3-month period.


Membership Eligibility

In order to be in good standing as a member, you must retain a valid form of payment on your Ebb & Float account at all times. You may update your method of payment at any time by visiting: https://ebbfloat.floathelm.com/me


Membership Perks

Members are entitled to the unique benefits and privileges associated with their chosen membership type, as described in membership materials. In addition, all Ebb & Float members have access to the following universal Ebb & Float member perks, which may be applied to 2-person services and gift card purchases:

  • $5 off Halotherapy

  • 10% off Massage Therapy

  • 20% off Infrared Sauna

  • 20% off Cold Plunge

  • $30 off Floats

Member discounts are automatically applied at the time of checkout in-house or online. No double-dipping! Member discounts may not be combined with any other promotional offer.


Unlimited Membership Booking

Memberships with unlimited service booking allowances may book up to (1) appointment per service type per day as outlined within the terms of their membership type.

For example, Club Detox Unlimited Infrared Sauna members may book up to (1) infrared sauna session per day. Club Fire & Ice Unlimited Infrared Sauna + Unlimited Cold Plunge members may book up to (1) infrared sauna and (1) cold plunge appointment per day.


Appointment 24 Hr Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows, late cancellations, and rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge for the full-service price or will be subject to a late cancellation fee as outlined below.

If the service was pre-paid: 

The service credit will be removed from your account as payment.

If the service is not pre-paid:

You will be charged for the full price of the service.

If you are a MEMBER with an UNLIMITED cold plunge/ infrared sauna booking allowance:

You will be issued a fee for each no-show, late cancellation, or rescheduled appointment within the 24-hour window.

Cold Plunge: $10 fee
Infrared Sauna: $15 fee
Cold Plunge + Infrared Sauna: $20 fee


Notice Period for Changes to Membership

Members are required to provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice for pause, cancelation, and upgrade/downgrade requests for their Ebb & Float Membership.

Members who fail to provide the required minimum 30-day notice for pause, cancelation, and upgrade/downgrade requests will be liable for any upcoming membership renewal payment within the 30-day notice period.


Billing During Notice Period

Members will be responsible for all membership fees and charges during the 30-day notice period, regardless of whether they continue to use the membership benefits or facilities during that time.


Membership Pause Requests

Pause requests must be submitted in writing to info@ebbfloat.com at least 30 days prior to the next renewal payment. Memberships may be paused for up to 30 days at one time after the initial 3-month commitment period.

Once the pause request has been received, Ebb & Float will confirm the pause period in writing, along with any additional instructions or information including the date that your membership payments will automatically resume.


Membership Cancelation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next renewal payment. To initiate membership cancelation, members must submit a cancellation request to info@ebbfloat.com. Please include your full name, the email address associated with your Ebb & Float membership account, and your desired date of cancellation.

Once the cancellation request has been received and processed, Ebb & Float will confirm the cancellation in writing, along with any additional instructions or information.


Upgrades/ Downgrades

Active members who wish to upgrade their membership may send an email to info@ebbfloat.com with their full name, the email address associated with the membership, and the desired upgraded membership.

Active members who wish to downgrade their membership must have already fulfilled the minimum 3-month period of their existing membership. Requests to downgrade should be sent to info@ebbfloat.com with your full name, the email address associated with the membership, and the desired membership.


Expiration of Benefits

Your membership benefits and discounts will expire on your cancellation date. Any service credits that remain on your account as the result of membership rollovers or purchases made with exclusive member discounts will automatically expire 6 months from the date of cancellation.

If your membership has been placed on a 30-day pause, your membership perks and discounts will be on hold until your membership resumes.


Partial Refunds

Ebb & Float does not provide refunds for membership renewal payments, pro-rata or partial refunds for any unused portion of the membership.


Rejoining

Former members who wish to resume their membership with Ebb & Float after canceling may rejoin by signing up online, or by sending an email to info@ebbfloat.com.


Club Ebb Wellness Bank Terms & Conditions

  • Club Ebb Wellness Bank funds (Club Ebb Cash) may be used towards the purchase of services, packages, gift cards, and retail products.

  • Club Ebb Cash may NOT be applied to practitioner or employee tips at the time of service.

  • Club Ebb Cash never expires and will remain on your account after membership cancellation. At the time of cancellation, you may use your remaining

  • Club Ebb Cash towards any purchase at Ebb & Float (limitations may apply).

  • Club Ebb Cash may NOT be used towards future Club Ebb membership renewal payments but may be applied to membership upgrades. If you are interested in upgrading your membership please contact us at info@ebbfloat.com.
