Appointment 24-hr Cancellation, Modification and Reschedule Policy

Cancellation, Modification and Rescheduling

All appointments must be canceled, modified or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows, late cancellations, modifications and rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge for the full-service price or will be subject to a late cancellation fee as outlined below in ‘No-shows and Late Cancellation Fees’.


Late Arrival

Please arrive on time, or as requested per email instructions, for your scheduled appointment. 

We ask that all Float and Massage appointments arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to check in, visit the restroom, and perform any orientations/ intake before your service. 

Arriving late to your appointment will result in a shorter service time and you will be responsible for paying the full price of the booked service.

Guests that are 15 minutes late to their appointment will be considered a no-show and charged for the full-service price. Note: Arriving more than 5 minutes late to your cold plunge appointment will be considered a no-show and will need to be rescheduled (Cold Plunge appointments are offered at strict 10-minute intervals).


Rescheduling or Modifying Within the 24-Hour Window

Rescheduling or modifying an appointment within the 24-hour window is treated as a late cancellation and will be subject to the fees as outlined in ‘No-shows and Late Cancellation Fees’.


Inclement Weather

If you are concerned about upcoming weather, please call to cancel, modify, or reschedule your appointment 24 hours or more in advance.

In the event of inclement weather, Ebb & Float will close if our area is declared a Level 3 emergency. We will monitor weather conditions during a Level 2 emergency or lower to determine closure or adjust operating hours. We will notify all booked appointments if we close or adjust our operating hours.

If our store remains open, our 24-hour cancelation, modification and reschedule policy remains in effect.


Upgrading to a 2-person Appointment

Upgrading an appointment to a 2-person booking (available for cold plunge, infrared sauna, and float services) should be communicated/ changed at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate you and your guest if less notice is given, but the full service may not be possible.


No-Shows and Late Cancellation Fees

If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment (no-show), reschedule, or cancel within the 24-hour window, you will be charged a fee as follows:

If the service was pre-paid: 

The service credit will be removed from your account as payment.

If the service is not pre-paid:

You will be charged for the full price of the service.

If you are a MEMBER with an UNLIMITED cold plunge/ infrared sauna booking allowance:

You will be issued a fee for each no-show, late cancellation, or rescheduled appointment within the 24-hour window.

Cold Plunge: $10 fee
Infrared Sauna: $15 fee
Cold Plunge + Infrared Sauna: $20 fee


Fee Payment

Any applicable fees will be charged to the payment method on file and must be settled before your next appointment. Failure to pay fees may result in booking restrictions. 

Late cancellation fees are non-refundable and may not be used as credit.

You are able to view and manage your appointments at any time by visiting your account online: https://ebbfloat.floathelm.com/me

If you need to make changes to your appointments 24 hours or more in advance, you may do so via your Ebb & Float account online or by calling us at 614-826-2154. If you are unable to reach us directly, please leave a voicemail as a record of your request.

You will not be able to make changes to your appointment online once you are within the 24-hour cancellation window and you must call to speak with a member of our team.

Ebb & Float does not accept appointment or booking communications via email or by social media messages.


Appointment Confirmation + Reminders

Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via email and text message. It is your responsibility to read these communications to confirm, cancel, or reschedule appointments.

Additional Terms

By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by our appointment cancellation and late arrival policy.
