Embrace your Light. The summer solstice offers a beautiful opportunity to work with the abundance of light that shines down on us, and within us.

As the sun reaches its peak of light, we honor the abundance of life, the beauty of creation, and the infinite possibilities that lie ahead. It is a time to celebrate our own inner light, to honor the fire that burns within us, and to align ourselves with the rhythms of nature.

This gathering offers a unique opportunity to prepare and connect with the profound essence of the season and the transformative power of cacao.

What is a Cacao Ceremony?

For centuries, cacao has been revered as a sacred plant medicine, cherished by ancient civilizations for its heart-opening properties and its ability to facilitate deep introspection and connection. Rich in antioxidants, minerals, and blissful compounds like theobromine and phenethylamine, cacao is known to uplift mood, increase focus, and open the pathways to the heart.

We will be serving ceremonial-grade cacao, prepared with love and intention. Each attendee will be served a ceremonial dose of 42g. Prior to drinking the cacao, we’ll open a sacred container and call upon the spirit of cacao with healing medicine songs.

During this ceremony we intend to open our hearts to the abundant light of the summer solstice. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and the gentle rhythm of ceremonial music, we will create a sacred space for self-exploration, healing, and renewal. As the cacao nourishes our bodies and souls, we will embark on a journey of inner transformation that illuminates the depths of our being.
