There are moments when relaxation isn't enough. You don't just want to unwind—you want to step outside of the familiar and experience something different.
Guided by the powerful sounds of multiple gongs, this immersive journey creates a rich sonic landscape that can shift perception, soften mental chatter, and invite a deeper connection with yourself. Some experience profound stillness, others vivid imagery, emotional release, creative insight, or the feeling of entering a dreamlike state somewhere between meditation and exploration.
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow the sound to take you where it will.
Event Schedule
Please arrive between 6:45 and 7:00 PM. The event will begin promptly at 7:00 and doors will close with entry no longer permitted to maintain the integrity of the event.

Location
This event will be held in an event space located next door to Ebb & Float - Downtown. Look for the courtyard with a tree beside our building and follow the ramp up to the double doors. We will be there to greet you.
What to Bring
Yoga mats and meditation pillows will be provided for attendees on first come, first serve basis. You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat for additional padding and extra blankets/pillows as desired to ensure you are comfortable for the duration of the event.

How to Register
Sign Up for this event in the Events Room section of our booking site. By signing up for this event, you are securing your seat with the purchase of a ticket. Please note that selecting 'reserve a card on file and pay at checkout' will still result in the full ticket charge, and cancellations will not be accepted once a reservation is made.
Event Cancellation Policies
All sales are final. Event sign-up requires pre-purchase to reserve a spot. Event tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.
Parking
Free parking is available in any space in the Ebb & Float surface lot located on the south side of the building (look for the Warehouse District Mural). If this lot is full, paid parking is available on 5th St or in the paid surface lot on 4th St.
Sensory Information
Please be aware that loud, rhythmic music will be played throughout the breathwork experience.
