Rebecca Dunaway, certified HeartMath® practitioner, will lead this event in collaboration with WCBE.
Join us for an evening of HeartMath® coherence practices and Himalayan sound meditation led by Rebecca Dunaway, in partnership with WCBW. Together, we’ll align heart and mind, tune into peace, and raise funds to support WCBE, our local NPR-affiliated radio station that brings music and stories to life.
This gathering is more than relaxation — it’s a chance to give back to the sound that carries our community.

How it Works

Select the number of participants and the click “Make Reservations”
Create an account, or sign in to your existing account to claim your booking.
Card information is required for holding your reservation, but you will not be charged at the time of booking. If you created a new account: Add a valid form of payment to your ‘Stored Cards’ and select ‘Confirm and Pay in Shop’. If you have an existing account: Select ‘Confirm and Pay in Shop’.
On the day of the event, at time of arrival, you can confirm your donation amount. You may pay with the stored card on file or another payment method.

Rest into the rich tones and poly-harmonic layers of hand-hammered bowls. These vibrations help bring the brain into Alpha and Theta states—those deep places of rest, meditation, and renewal—often described as an energetic massage for the body and soul.
Event Schedule
Please arrive between 6:35 and 7:00 PM. The event will begin promptly at 7:00 and doors will close with entry no longer permitted to maintain the integrity of the space.
6:30 PM - Doors Open
7:00 PM - HeartMath introduction and sound journey
8:30 PM - Shares, community & connection
Location
This event will be held in an event space located next door to Ebb & Float - Downtown. Look for the courtyard with a tree beside our building and follow the ramp up to the double doors. We will be there to greet you.
How to Register
Space is limited! Sign Up for this event in the Event Room section of our booking site. By signing up for this event, you are securing your seat with the purchase of a ticket. Please note, selecting 'reserve a card on file and pay at checkout' will allow you the opportunity to make a donation amount at arrival of the event. If your booking has not been cancelled before the event, we will assume you are simply making a $100 donation towards the WCBE fundraiser.
Event Cancellation Policies
All event ticket sales are final. Event tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.
What to Bring:
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
Bring any yoga mat, blankets or cushions as desired, you will be invited to lay down
Bring a notepad + pen to journal any insights or guidance you receive
Bring an eye mask if you wish
Bring a water bottle to stay well-hydrated
Parking
Free parking is available in any space in the Ebb & Float surface lot located on the south side of the building (look for the Warehouse District Mural). If this lot is full, paid parking is available on 5th St or in the paid surface lot on 4th St.
Sensory Information
This ceremony involves the use of sensory tools. If at any point you become overwhelmed or uncomfortable, you are welcome to take a break while remaining courteous to other participants.
Scent: To create the ceremonial space, practitioners may use/burn herbal smudge sticks (sage), palo santo (wood), or incense as tools.
Sound: Practitioners may use a range of aural stimuli, including voice, crystal bowls, and other musical instruments.

Meet Your Facilitator
Rebecca Dunaway is a Certified HeartMath® Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Himalayan Singing Bowl Practitioner with over 35 years of experience in healthcare. She is passionate about helping others create coherence and centeredness in their daily lives, integrating HeartMath, Reiki, and vibrational meditation into her work. Rebecca also hosts the weekly Kava Talks at Casa Cacao, where her love of connection, nature, and community continues to ripple out.
