This ceremony invites you to share your innate healing energy as a part of the TΩNING TΞMPLE. A group activation where sound becomes medicine. We will learn about how to use our voice and breath, share in group chanting/toning, and integrate with a sound bath. The unique flow of this gathering is specifically structured to revive a form of healing and divination that was practiced in sacred temples of ancient Greece for thousands of years.
Part of this reclamation is the connection to sacred symbols and numbers like Friday the Thirteenth. The number thirteen has long been seen as a representation of sinister energy and bad luck in our mainstream society. However, our ancient systems tell us a very different story. From biblical proclamations to the lunar cycles, the potency of thirteen connects us to a true divine feminine energy. The number thirteen in its radiance has been demonized to separate us from the possibility of how it can actually support in our return to loving truth.
Loving truth reveals itself safely over time. So, this event is spacious in its length to allow for genuine connection to unfold organically. Please join us whether it be comfortable or unfamiliar to you.

Event Schedule
Please arrive between 6:45 and 7:00 PM. The event will begin promptly at 7:00 and doors will close with entry no longer permitted to maintain the integrity of the space.
6:45 PM - Doors Open
7:00 PM - Opening & intention setting
7:15 PM - Education around breath, vocalization, and sacred thirteen as ancient practices
7:30 PM - Vocal warm-ups
7:45 PM - Group vocal toning
8:15 PM - Soundbath
9:00 PM - Group shares and closing circle
Location
This event will be held in an event space located next door to Ebb & Float - Downtown. Look for the courtyard with a tree beside our building and follow the ramp up to the double doors. We will be there to greet you.

How to Register
Space is limited! Sign Up for this event in the Event Room section of our booking site. By signing up for this event, you are securing your seat with the purchase of a ticket. Please note, selecting 'reserve a card on file and pay at checkout' will still result in the full ticket charge, and cancellations will not be accepted once a reservation is made.
Event Cancellation Policies
All event ticket sales are final. Event tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.
What to Bring:
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
Bring any yoga mat, blankets or cushions as desired, you will be invited to lay down
Bring a notepad + pen to journal any insights or guidance you receive
Bring an eye mask if you wish
Bring a water bottle to stay well-hydrated
Mug (tea will be provided)

Parking
Free parking is available in any space in the Ebb & Float surface lot located on the south side of the building (look for the Warehouse District Mural). If this lot is full, paid parking is available on 5th St or in the paid surface lot on 4th St.
Sensory Information
This ceremony involves the use of sensory tools. If at any point you become overwhelmed, or uncomfortable you are welcome to take a break while remaining courteous of other participants.
Scent: To create the ceremonial space, practitioners may use/burn herbal smudge sticks (sage), palo santo (wood), or incense as tools.
Sound: Practitioners may use a range of aural stimuli including voice, crystal bowls, and other musical instruments.

Practitioner Bio
Meet Your Facilitators
Maria Eleftheria, of Activated Healing, is a shamanic seer and hollow bone sharing ancient Greek healing arts internationally. Since childhood Maria has been able to see without eyes. She sees energy through sound, trance channeling, and auric fields. These divinely guided knowings have allowed her to share channeled readings and intuited messages with thousands of people.
Maria has been blessed to live in Southeast Asia, the Hawaiian islands, and Europe receiving teachings from many different elders along the way. Her current work is an amalgamation of shamanic practices and sound teachings from around the World intertwined with her Greek orthodox upbringing and intuitive gifts.
Maria’s role is to become a bridge for others to commune with the Great Creator through ritual, prayer, and collective healing of the authentic voice.
