Scorpio is the sign of transformation—the phoenix rising from its own ashes.
Ruled by Pluto, the planet of death and rebirth, and Mars, the planet of will and desire, Scorpio energy teaches us that true power is found in surrender. This season asks us to face the shadows we’ve avoided and to reclaim the parts of ourselves that have been buried beneath fear or control. It’s an invitation to feel deeply, to let go of what’s expired, and to step into a new level of emotional and spiritual integrity.
Scorpio Season happens between October 23 and November 21 with Samhain falling on October 31. Samhain is known as a time when the veil between the living and spirit worlds is thinnest. A time to honor and communicate with our ancestors and welcome the presence of spirits. Scorpio’s energy is mysterious, often associated with uncovering hidden truths and exploring the depths of our psyche. This season invites us to confront fears, secrets, and the unknown. It’s a powerful time for inner work and spiritual exploration.
Scorpio energy is magnetic and intuitive, reminding us that healing doesn’t always come from light—it’s often born in the dark. In this meditation and sound bath, Lex will focus on transmuting negative energy of fears into light energy that can be used to achieve optimism, hope and change.
Event Schedule
Please arrive between 6:45 and 7:00 PM. The event will begin promptly at 7:00 PM and doors will close with entry no longer permitted to maintain the integrity of the space.

Location
This event will be held in an event space located next door to Ebb & Float - Downtown. Look for the courtyard with a tree beside our building and follow the ramp up to the double doors. We will be there to greet you.

Space is limited! Sign Up for this event in the Event Room section of our booking site. By signing up for this event, you are securing your seat with the purchase of a ticket. Please note, selecting 'reserve a card on file and pay at checkout' will still result in the full ticket charge, and cancellations will not be accepted once a reservation is made.
Event Cancellation Policies
All event ticket sales are final. Event tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.
Parking
Free parking is available in any space in the Ebb & Float surface lot located on the south side of the building (look for the Warehouse District Mural). If this lot is full, paid parking is available on 5th St or in the paid surface lot on 4th St.
Sensory Information
This ceremony involves the use of sensory tools. If at any point you become overwhelmed, or uncomfortable you are welcome to take a break while remaining courteous of other participants.
Scent: To create the ceremonial space, practitioners may use/burn herbal smudge sticks (sage), palo santo (wood), or incense as tools.
Sound: Practitioners may use a range of aural stimuli including voice, crystal bowls, and other musical instruments.

Meet Your Facilitator
Lex Smith is the Founder & Creator of Spiritual U, an online institution for spiritual growth and education. She provides a variety of spiritual offerings from coaching, oracle and tarot readings, meditation, reiki, and astrology birth chart readings.
Lex is obsessed with understanding the human experience and her mission is to realign societal norms by helping people find their power and recognize their purpose. She created Spiritual U to use her gifts and knowledge to help her community overcome their obstacles and guide them toward a life full of abundant love, happiness and fulfillment.
