Kick off our 7-Year Anniversary Celebration with a yoga practice designed to awaken your body, clear your mind, and set the vibe for a day of connection and community.
This complimentary, all-levels class will guide you through 60 minutes of grounding postures, energizing movement, and breathwork to align you for the festivities ahead. Whether you’re joining us for the full day or just starting your weekend with intention, this flow is the perfect way to begin.
We’re extra excited for this class because it will be guided by our very own, Henry. Many of you know Henry from the front desk or around the spa, but he also brings a deep passion for yoga and mindful movement. His warm presence and grounded teaching style make him the perfect guide to kick off our anniversary celebration.

Free Classes: Experience the energy of our thriving event community with complimentary sessions throughout the day. This is the perfect opportunity to meet our community of practitioners and experience the offerings that are shared at monthly Ebb & Float events.
Yoga at 9:00 AM – Stretch, move, and awaken with a grounding all-levels yoga flow with Henry!
Breathwork at 12:00 PM – Learn powerful techniques to release, reset, and re-energize with Nic Bronkall, LMT.
Sound Bath at 2:00 PM – End the day immersed in healing sound vibrations with a group sound journey with Lex Smith.
Cold Plunge + Wood-Fired Sauna Pop-Up: For this special celebration, we’re teaming up with Lo-Lu Sauna and setting up our group cold plunge. Bring your swimsuit and a change of clothes for the ultimate community fire + ice experience.
Team-Guided Tours: Explore our facility that includes (4) float rooms, (3) infrared saunas, a cold plunge, (3) massage chairs, and (2) massage rooms. Experience our wellness offerings firsthand and learn how to incorporate them into a regular practice to enhance your lifestyle.
Complimentary Massage Chair Demos: Enjoy a complimentary demo in our high-end, full-body massage chairs for immediate relaxation, head to toe.

About Us
Ebb & Float is a Social Wellness Club offering float therapy, massage, infrared sauna, and cold plunge wellness services. We opened the doors of our downtown location (231 North 5th St) to the public in the fall of 2018. In the ensuing seven years, Ebb has become a flourishing community hub that fosters connection and provides space for stress relief, physical healing, and emotional well-being.
