Team Guided Tours: Explore our state-of-the-art facility that includes (2) float pods, (2) massage chairs, (3) infrared saunas, and a cold plunge. Experience our wellness offerings firsthand and discover how to integrate them into a regular practice to enhance your lifestyle.
Complimentary Massage Chair Demos: Enjoy a complimentary demo in our high-end, full-body massage chairs for immediate relaxation, head to toe.
Cold Plunge Challenges: We’re setting up our new Party Plunge - a cold plunge that can fit up to 8 people at a time! Bring your swimsuit and a change of clothes. Don’t worry, our team will lead the way.
Wellness Bar: We’ll be serving up Wellness Shots, Ceremonial Grade Cacao Drinks, and sharing Alyssa’s Healthy Donuts
Door Prizes: We’ll be partnering with local neighbors and health and wellness businesses to offer some incredible door prizes. Details coming soon!

About Us
Ebb & Float is a Social Wellness Club offering float therapy, infrared sauna, and cold plunge wellness services. We opened the doors of our downtown location (231 North 5th St) to the public in the fall of 2018. In the ensuing seven years, Ebb has become a flourishing community hub that fosters connection and provides space for stress relief, physical healing, and emotional well-being. This expansion to Polaris furthers our mission of creating healing spaces that invite others to awaken to their innate, divine potential and embark on a path of self-discovery.
