Step into the mindful, clarifying energy of Virgo Season with a sound bath designed to restore balance, cleanse your spirit, and bring intention to your daily rhythms. Virgo, an earth sign ruled by Mercury, calls us to refine, organize, and align with what is essential.
This is a season of integration, where clarity arises through simplicity, and healing comes from honoring the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Virgo energy is deeply connected to healing, often reminding us that wellness is found in daily rituals, presence, and the way we care for ourselves and others. Though Virgo can lean toward perfectionism, at its core, it teaches us the beauty of simplicity, balance, and sacred service.
In this meditation and sound bath, Lex will offer a return to practices that create both harmony and wholeness.
Event Schedule
Please arrive between 6:45 and 7:00 PM. The event will begin promptly at 7:00 PM and doors will close with entry no longer permitted to maintain the integrity of the space.
6:45 PM - Doors Open
7:00 PM - Introductions, guided meditation + sound bath

Location
This event will be held in an event space located next door to Ebb & Float - Downtown. Look for the courtyard with a tree beside our building and follow the ramp up to the double doors. We will be there to greet you.

How to Register
Space is limited! Sign Up for this event in the Event Room section of our booking site. By signing up for this event, you are securing your seat with the purchase of a ticket. Please note, selecting 'reserve a card on file and pay at checkout' will still result in the full ticket charge, and cancellations will not be accepted once a reservation is made.
Event Cancellation Policies
All event ticket sales are final. Event tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.
Parking
Free parking is available in any space in the Ebb & Float surface lot located on the south side of the building (look for the Warehouse District Mural). If this lot is full, paid parking is available on 5th St or in the paid surface lot on 4th St.
Sensory Information
This ceremony involves the use of sensory tools. If at any point you become overwhelmed, or uncomfortable you are welcome to take a break while remaining courteous of other participants.
Scent: To create the ceremonial space, practitioners may use/burn herbal smudge sticks (sage), palo santo (wood), or incense as tools.
Sound: Practitioners may use a range of aural stimuli including voice, crystal bowls, and other musical instruments.

Lex Smith is the Founder & Creator of Spiritual U, an online institution for spiritual growth and education. She provides a variety of spiritual offerings from coaching, oracle and tarot readings, meditation, reiki, and astrology birth chart readings.
Lex is obsessed with understanding the human experience and her mission is to realign societal norms by helping people find their power and recognize their purpose.
