Embodied Ease

A Somatic Practice to Awaken Your Body's Joy and Inner Wisdom

Energetic Exchange: $33

Caleb Tipple, MA, LPCC, SEP, will facilitate this event.

Embodied Ease is a playful and restorative 90-minute somatic workshop that invites you to slow down, connect with your body, and explore the possibility that ease and joy are your natural states. Guided by licensed therapist and somatic practitioner Caleb Tipple, MA, LPCC, SEP, this workshop weaves together gentle movement, guided inquiry, and embodied practices that support nervous system regulation, relational presence, and the art of simply being.

This is not about doing it “right” or fixing anything—this is a space to feel more at home in your body, access your own inner wisdom, and rediscover the joy that lives beneath the surface of everyday life.

Whether you’re brand new to somatic work or have an established practice, you’ll leave feeling nourished, grounded, and a little more like yourself.
